Welcome to the 60th Reunion of the TJ
Class of 1965! Wow, great to have all of you here so please have a good time
reuniting with your classmates this weekend.
Would your 60th Reunion Committee please
come up here! Welcome to your Committee of classmates that made this happen!
Let’s give them a big applause!
Charles Douglass, my partner in everything
our committee does, is providing all the information you receive throughout
the year! Give him a big applause! He
makes me sound good if that’s possible!

Allow me to make a note about one
important committee member who is not with us.
For every reunion over the last 20 years our classmate Betty Cox
Thompson along with Janie Huske Satterfield right here, led the effort to make
all our reunions successful. We
lost Betty this past year, but I think she would be happy with our planning
and performance!
Along with all the other classmates that
have passed, please note the video showing all the classmates who we have
lost; let’s share a moment of silence in all their memories. Silence counts
to 10!
The other video shows many moments from
the 20th reunion and beyond; this weekend will be added and on the TJ website
soon. Classmate & professional
photographer John Henley is roaming around taking pictures too.
Also, I want to thank those who
contributed to making this reunion affordable for all; this weekend would not
be possible without those donations and support
